Tony Larsen

As President and CEO of N-Tech Consulting, Tony is responsible for the overall direction of the company as well as the tactical and strategic business and financial matters. His experience in client roadmapping, designing and implementing efficient and effective client solutions, and keen business acumen has proven successful in founding N-Tech Consulting.

Before launching N-Tech Consulting, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and an MBA with a focus on Global Technology from Florida Institute of Technology. He has lived in Colorado and Virginia working for some of the industry leading technology firms, such as CDW and Avanade. These past experiences gave him the opportunity to take on Fortune 100 companies as clients. Outside of the office, Tony enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. You can find him at the golf course in the summer and on the ski slopes in the winter.

Kevan Kay

As the General Manager of N-Tech Consulting, Kevan leads the day to day management, operations, planning and technical solutions. With a 20+ year background working in the technology field, he has experience in technology design, high availability/scalability, system implementation and issue resolution. His ability to identify current and potential pain points of failure before they occur helps contribute to the success of N-Tech Consulting. After attending Western Michigan University’s School of Business, he spent time in his home state of Michigan before briefly relocating to North Carolina and finally settling in Wisconsin. During his journey he was fortunate to gain experience working for many industry leading technology companies such as Laboratory Corporation of America, Schneider National, Micro-D, Avanade and other Fortune 100 companies. When he’s not working, Kevan enjoys spending time with his family, renovating his home, tinkering with Home Automation and traveling.

Joe LeMere

Joe LeMere, our Director of New Business Development, brings more than two decades of experience with him to N-Tech Consulting. He started his career in the United States Air Force where he was assigned to the communication squadron. When he separated from the service, he continued his career working for a B2B call center by supporting their server-based phone system.

Joe’s IT career continued when he later joined a small IT consulting firm in Green Bay as their systems engineer. In this role, he nurtured his love of working with new accounts and building lasting relationships with them. Later in his professional journey, Joe was offered the opportunity to be a partner for a regional-based MSP. In his nine years as a partner there, he was able to further hone his relationship-building and leadership skills.

In this position with N-Tech Consulting, Joe will spearhead our efforts to find new clients, carefully match our capabilities to their needs, and foster long-term partnerships.

Maria Peth

Office snack supplier and the first woman to work at N-Tech, Maria is essential to our daily operations and team hunger management. With 20 years of customer service experience, she can handle any situation. She loves cooking, reading, playing with her dog, and hanging with her large (like…REALLY LARGE) family!

Steve Morrow

“You can’t do that” is not in Steve’s vocabulary. We dare you to say it to him. He takes pride in finding solutions to problems others think are impossible. With more than 20 years of experience, Steve has seen it all (which is why we tricked him into becoming a manager). When not at work, you can find him rucking (yeah, we had to look it up, too) and spending time outside with his wife and two dogs.

Max Paterra

Making sense of what others can’t basically sums Max up. Whenever someone has troubles with technology, he’s the guy they call. With a degree in Computer Support from NWTC, Max joined our team as an intern and transitioned to a full-time employee post-graduation. Outside of work, catch him grooving to the beat at a concert, traveling, collecting/playing video games, and hanging with his cat.

Logan Smet

Starting out as an intern at N-Tech, Logan must have liked us enough to join us full-time after receiving his Computer Support Specialist degree from NWTC. Being cooped up inside all week, Logan tries spending as much time outside as he can riding dirt bikes, wakeboarding, hiking, and camping.

Lee Kimball

Lee Kimball has an extensive background in cybersecurity, IT healthcare, point of sale systems, cameras, access control systems, and much more. He has spent the past decade working in all aspects of technology. Outside of work, he enjoys pokemon, football, race car driving in the summer, and playing flesh and blood competitively on a national level with his team of 20. He also admits to having a major caffeine addiction!

Alana Cramer

Alana started with N-Tech in the beginning of 2020, with over 6 years of experience and industry knowledge under her belt. Alana has an intense customer focus, priding herself on building relationships and assisting clients in any way she can! She is incredibly thoughtful and meticulous when providing solutions, tailored for each client’s needs.

Alana comes from a large blended family, with a 10-year-old son, two dogs and two cats residing in De Pere, WI. Her free time is spent taking trips to Wisconsin State parks, playing Pokemon TCG with her son, or brushing up on her Texas Hold’em skills.

Dave Liethen

Helping people has always been part of Dave Liethen’s motto and continues today. As the Sales Account Manager at N-Tech, Dave hopes he can help supply you and your business with the latest technology while keeping your information safe from cyber criminals. Dave grew up in the Green Bay area before going off to UW-Stevens Point. Following graduation, Dave worked as a radio news reporter, at the American Red Cross and helped people get low-cost health insurance in both Wisconsin and in the Carolinas.

In his spare time, Dave likes to garden with his wife, take bike rides, spend time with family, read and cheer on the Green Bay Packers.
