Our story started in 2015 when CEO Tony Larsen recruited his long-time colleague and trusted friend Kevan Kay to join him in launching the most innovative technology company in the greater Green Bay area. After realizing a need in the local market for a full-scale technology provider serving small to medium sized businesses, the duo rapidly built the start of N-Tech Consulting eventually landing their first partner, Orthodontic Specialists of Green Bay.
Since 2015 N-Tech has become a malleable organization, transforming into an all-in-one technology and digital services partner. N-Tech has gained trust from some of Wisconsin’s leading construction companies, dental offices, fitness centers and gyms, and motorsports brands and series.
Equipped with a growing arsenal of experienced industry professionals from around the country, N-Tech continues to offer innovative technology solutions.

As President and CEO of N-Tech Consulting, Tony is responsible for the overall direction of the company as well as the tactical and strategic business and financial matters. His experience in client roadmapping, designing and implementing efficient and effective client solutions, and keen business acumen has proven successful in founding N-Tech Consulting.
Before launching N-Tech Consulting, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and an MBA with a focus on Global Technology from Florida Institute of Technology. He has lived in Colorado and Virginia working for some of the industry leading technology firms, such as CDW and Avanade. These past experiences gave him the opportunity to take on Fortune 100 companies as clients. Outside of the office, Tony enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. You can find him at the golf course in the summer and on the ski slopes in the winter.
As the General Manager of N-Tech Consulting, Kevan leads the day to day management, operations, planning and technical solutions. With a 20+ year background working in the technology field, he has experience in technology design, high availability/scalability, system implementation and issue resolution. His ability to identify current and potential pain points of failure before they occur helps contribute to the success of N-Tech Consulting. After attending Western Michigan University’s School of Business, he spent time in his home state of Michigan before briefly relocating to North Carolina and finally settling in Wisconsin. During his journey he was fortunate to gain experience working for many industry leading technology companies such as Laboratory Corporation of America, Schneider National, Micro-D, Avanade and other Fortune 100 companies. When he’s not working, Kevan enjoys spending time with his family, renovating his home, tinkering with Home Automation and traveling.
“You can’t do that” is not in Steve’s vocabulary. We dare you to say it to him. He takes pride in finding solutions to problems others think are impossible. With more than 20 years of experience, Steve has seen it all (which is why we tricked him into becoming a manager). When not at work, you can find him rucking (yeah, we had to look it up, too) and spending time outside with his wife and two dogs.
Office snack supplier and the first woman to work at N-Tech, Maria is essential to our daily operations and team hunger management. With 20 years of customer service experience, she can handle any situation. She loves cooking, reading, playing with her dog, and hanging with her large (like…REALLY LARGE) family!
Joe LeMere, our Director of New Business Development, brings more than two decades of experience with him to N-Tech Consulting. He started his career in the United States Air Force where he was assigned to the communication squadron. When he separated from the service, he continued his career working for a B2B call center by supporting their server-based phone system.
Joe’s IT career continued when he later joined a small IT consulting firm in Green Bay as their systems engineer. In this role, he nurtured his love of working with new accounts and building lasting relationships with them. Later in his professional journey, Joe was offered the opportunity to be a partner for a regional-based MSP. In his nine years as a partner there, he was able to further hone his relationship-building and leadership skills.
In this position with N-Tech Consulting, Joe will spearhead our efforts to find new clients, carefully match our capabilities to their needs, and foster long-term partnerships.
With a scientist dad and a teacher mom, Adam is no stranger for the pursuit of knowledge and is willing to take on every challenge. Adam's insatiable curiosity, coupled with a lifetime of experiences, fuels his quest to deliver unparalleled professional experiences for our cherished partners. Whether it's unraveling the mysteries of technology or sharing tales from his latest motorcycle build, Adam is here to cater to all your tech needs with a dash of fun and a sprinkle of comedy!
When Adam isn't talking all things tech, he is traveling the county with his gorgeous bride, Amanda, and their trio of dogs. He also sings, plays guitar, and array of other instruments.
Meet the legendary Aidan, affectionately known as The Boy or Little Kay around the office because, well, he's Kevan's son—making N-Tech a full-blown family affair! Tech wizardry runs in his veins, and we're still unsure if his first word was "computer" or "firewall." The mystery lingers, but one thing's for sure: Aidan thrives on the constant challenges and perpetual learning that the IT field throws his way.
Beyond the tech realm, Aidan is a massive Star Wars aficionado. Quiz him on anything Star Wars during your next chat—he's a walking encyclopedia. When he's not decoding the galaxy far, far away, Aidan unwinds by constructing Lego masterpieces, immersing himself in video games, and cruising around town to the beats of Rainbow Kitten Surprise. Never heard of them? Just ask Aidan to send over his favorite track for an auditory adventure!
Meet Jason, a Green Bay native who's traversed the realms of both earthly and celestial locales, including the sunny expanse of Jupiter—Jupiter, Florida, to be precise.
With a "get it done" mindset, Jason ensures efficiency in his endeavors, leaving room for a sprinkle of enjoyment when tasks are conquered. After honing his skills in the food service industry, Jason embarked on a journey to earning a Network Systems degree at NWTC. He obtained that degree in 2016 but has been dominating a career in tech since 2013. Beyond the professional realm, he delves into the realm of gaming, embracing both the digital adventures of video games and the strategic engagements of board games. But that's not all—Jason is also a skilled baker, whipping up delectable treats that captivate taste buds.
For a glimpse into his artistic side, inquire about his latest woodworking project, where creativity meets craftsmanship. Jason embodies the perfect blend of productivity and leisure, making his life an exciting venture.
Lee Kimball has an extensive background in cybersecurity, IT healthcare, point of sale systems, cameras, access control systems, and much more. He has spent the past decade working in all aspects of technology. Outside of work, he enjoys pokemon, football, race car driving in the summer, and playing flesh and blood competitively on a national level with his team of 20. He also admits to having a major caffeine addiction!
Starting out as an intern at N-Tech, Logan must have liked us enough to join us full-time after receiving his Computer Support Specialist degree from NWTC. Being cooped up inside all week, Logan tries spending as much time outside as he can riding dirt bikes, wakeboarding, hiking, and camping.
Making sense of what others can’t basically sums Max up. Whenever someone has troubles with technology, he’s the guy they call. With a degree in Computer Support from NWTC, Max joined our team as an intern and transitioned to a full-time employee post-graduation. Outside of work, catch him grooving to the beat at a concert, traveling, collecting/playing video games, and hanging with his cat.
Armed with vibrant notetaking abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a wealth of over a decade of marketing expertise spanning diverse industries such as libraries and wineries, Molly is poised to tackle any challenge that comes her way. Upon venturing into the realm of tech, she recognized the need to align herself with a company prioritizing client-centric values and to scratch her itch to learn more about the growing role of cyber security. This realization ultimately guided her to N-Tech, where she has found a new professional home.
